What a great experience!! …… talked to Tom on the phone he googled my address ask a few questions and give me a super fair quote. We set a date to do the work to which I wasn’t in town for so Tom e mailed me photos of the job when finished a few days later and I paid him over the phone…. When I arrived home I was TOTALLY pleased to see a clean roof as well as soffit’s and exterior walls. Walkways and pool deck were fresh and clean also…. I doff my hat to you sir. Thank you !!

It was an easy process setting up an appointment. They were able to get me in right away. The manager was very nice and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly to me on what would be done, why and how. He explained the root cause of “dirt” on my house isn’t dirt but mildew on the roof. Apparently they are the only place in SoCal to provide gentle cleaning under the solar panels so they wouldn’t get damaged. Thank you for that detail. Rudy did a fantastic job! He showed up early, was very respectful to us and the property. He cleaned off the roof, walls and everything around it quickly and didn’t leave any mess behind. He cleaned off the problem “dirt area” high up on the house we couldn’t reach. He even offered to help put a window screen back on that had fallen off. Excellent service at an affordable price. Would definitely recommend.

Tom & his team (Rudy & Alfonso) were informative, timely and professional. I required a quick turnaround in having my roof pressure washed to remove excessive moss build-up for a new roof relay and solar panel installation, San Diego Pressure Wash excelled in completing the job required!!! SD Pressure Washing did an awesome job on my 30 year old house. My roof, driveway, patio and sidewalks are clean and brighter. The crew was timely, effecient and professional.
