I would advise people not to work here. I started February 28th and last Monday I received a text message about them wanting to schedule a meeting. I responded Monday night and no response from management until Thursday night. I go in today (Monday, a week after the first message) and they basically said they were getting a bunch of “complaints” and instead of communicating the complaints, they had people “spying” on me. and bring me in to just fire me. Not one conversation of complaints or concerns they had. You won’t last there longer than 2-3 months before they fire you too. Hands down worst company I’ve ever worked for & I’ve worked for some really bad companies. Save yourself the time and don’t even apply. There’s multiple reviews like this because all of them are true.

Office staff and supervisors of multiple locations have been fantastic to work with. All members have been very helpful and understanding with clients that have became and still are employed with them. The provide support and assistance in any way possible to ensure the workers are able to continue to be successful. Not sure why all the negativity! Everyone has been great to work with and training has been good. Have had a couple co workers who don’t show up get terminated but that is a good thing

They do not care much about their employees and fired my mom on the day when she was cleared from the doctor that she can go back to work and take it slow she was off work for leg surgery and recovery they have bad communication and don’t know what’s going on sometimes people come in and leave DBM because they don’t like it I was fired same time my mom was fired. DBM it’s going under!

They don’t care about their employees at all. I started the day they hired me. Was thrown into the job. Three weeks later they fired me about “complaints” that they didn’t feel the need to tell me about. Rather than taking the time to talk and communicate about what I was doing wrong they just let the complaints pile up. Fired me with no warning, smiling and making jokes like me getting fired was so hilarious.

Diversified Building Maintenance was a disappointment. How is it legal to hire a felon and not fingerprint anyone that is working in a County building. Not to mention they also have the most unorganized cleaning supplies, such as broken mops, dusters, vacuums etc. They under pay all of their employees and treat them disrespectful. This is not a good place to start! Don’t ask for a raise either you might get fired.
