I recently leased a furnished office space in Fredericksburg that needed a deep cleaning. Based on overwhelmingly positive Google reviews, I reached out to L&S Cleaning Services and we scheduled a time for them to visit the suite and give me a time estimate to complete the cleaning since the suite was furnished and had a lot of decor to clean around. The day of the cleaning, L&S worked quickly & very effectively with a team of three cleaners. They cleaned the windows, the sofas, the fridge, everything! The office smelled fresh & clean and looked amazing. Sergio’s estimate was spot on. I accidentally wrote the check out for a bit more than the price and Sergio texted me immediately to let me know. This company is honest, hard working, and a pleasure to work with!! I highly recommend them and will be hiring them to clean my office again!

Today was my first deep cleaning. The entire crew was professional, asked what I wanted done, and made it happen! My husband came home and the first thing he noticed was how clean all the molding was. My entire house smells clean and feels clean. I am very happy to start using their services.

I had L&S clean our rental house for a move in clean. The new tenants were amazed at how clean the house was, and I highly recommend their work. They sent me photos of their work (I live in DC, the house is in Fredericksburg), and I will be recommending them and using them again.

Sergio and Laura have been cleaning my house for years. They are amazing and have always gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy. We have used them for move out cleaning on rental houses as well and we’re always impressed. I would definitely recommend them for any of your cleaning needs!
