Jani King cleaning service has been such a pleasure to work with ! Karina is the best she puts lots of detail in her work ! Our office is always clean and fresh when we walk in ! I, owner of a franchise don’t recommend Jani king at all, they aren’t professionals as they say at least in my few years of working with them, they have ignored me, they have not considered my work, and finally I got hurt working y the regional director of janiking in Houston, recommend that I don’t use work insurance, that if I had personal insurance I would used it to go to the doctor, they don’t care about violating my rights as a worker or the rights of the contract that signed with janiking, all this for being a hispanic who doesn’t understand English well, I only say it so that you know about racism at work. All the professionalism that Jani king says to have has not been valid for me, each franchise owner pay a %% of each check for insurance, that protect the business, workers and clients, but that has not been valid for me because the insurance Liberty mutual doesn’t want to answer me for my accident at work.

Jani King has been a terrible experience. Terrrible service and terrible customer service. When you bring issues to them, they make it about emotions and not about the job they are doing. Such as a location mangager doesn’t like them versus the job of cleaning. Rami (Regional) in particular was of no help in a situation where there are small children involved.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning company. As a manager in Kids care, it is extremely important to keep the environment in which our kids play, remains clean. Jani King has missed cleaning days, left material that can harm the kids out from the previous day, used cleaning tools such as mops in both bathrooms and play areas without switching the tools to avoid cross-contamination. Once address, Jani King avoids taking responsiblity for their actions (or lack thereof), and will give you HELL trying to get out of the contract. Please avoid this company. Management and teams are HORRIBLE!!!!
