I’ve had at least 3 cars from these ppl, after the lemon they leased me & it broke down I don’t recommend anyone to get a salvage car from here I used to love going here to get a car but they are just about the money.

Wouldn’t recommend, highly recommended staying away! Quality of these cars are HORRIBLE! They don’t have the best communication skills I mean absolutely terrible, will lie to your face, cars will break down and have issues within 3 months, not cleaned AT ALL before selling. They knew they were wrong and will not apologize or try to fix THEIR mistakes. They are literally taking your money, then taking your car! Oh and they NEVER answer the phone, you’ll have to go in for anything needed. If you want a NICE, CLEAN, RELIABLE car I’d suggest choosing a different dealership! Save yourself the stress and time. Literally not worth it! I know we have had 5 cars from this place. Only Pro advantage here is they’re cheap and don’t do credit scorers! I’d rather spend 600-700 on a car note than deal with this place again!

I was going through a seperation i just bought a house i never been late on my payment i was only 2 weeks late i missed my payment. I had the money but i just had forgotten about ut and it was a Day before My Brthday and right at Christmas i will admit it was indeed My fault but the way snipes handled things was not right they repossed My car no phone call or nothing when i emailed them to let them know that i didnt get a phone. Call email letter or nothing then a letter came in the Mail to My Husbands house they have their own tow trucks they charged me a extra 300 on top of my past due and future payment smh i will not recommend

This review was meant for Snipes Auto. These people let you drive away with no insurance. If you ride illegal, this is the place for you. If you have a little bit of pride, and value your automobile, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They will lie their way out of anything of RESPONSIBILITY!

Had been happy with them but recently the customer service has gone way downhill. First (minor) problem was when I ordered a gallon of a product and they sent a full case. We don’t have a lot of room for storage and wanted to return the rest of the case and just keep the one bottle we ordered. They said they would pick up the excess on Thursday but they never showed up. I called in, they apologized, and said they would pick it up Tuesday. No big deal, but then the very next week they “forgot” to call us for our order, and by the time we connected it was past the deadline, so they said they would send it out Thursday (today). But again it never showed up. Spoke with someone that blamed it on the “new” girl. The “new” girl later called me, was pretty rude on the phone and said “sorry you’re not happy” and hung up on me. Flabbergasted, really…this has definitely been a unique experience for me.
