The Real McCoy Janitorial is a great company to work for. The owner and management staff are very professional and easy to work for and with. The pay is fair and you are paid weekly. They have a large staff and plenty of work for their employees. They are able to do so because they take pride in the service they provide. I highly recommend them not only as an employee, but also as a company to provide you with all there janitorial services.

The Real McCoy is great at taking advantage of their employees. The Real McCoy hires non-national and immigrants without documentation. They allow their workers to drive a jammed pack car full of illegals with no driver’s license present. I’ve seen it first hand, I’ve worked with the men that The Real McCoy have supplied. They don’t speak English. They are from all over the world ranging from Ecuador-Africa. They pay them very little wage and extort them for hard labor. What a disgraceful company, it should be investigated by ICE. I’m disgusted by the owners and management.
