Unfortunately most of these reviews no longer hold weight in my opinion as the company I started doing business with over a year ago has changed significantly and no longer provides service at the same level. I no longer do business with them as of today and below is a list of the things I have tried to overlook over the last 6 months but finally have come to the point that it no longer makes sense to do business. Workers speaking in spanish not realizing I understand what they are saying and saying some really unprofessional things At least one occasion where something came up missing but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I couldn’t be sure Services struggling to be done to the same level and consistency at each visit unless there was a supervisor stopping by to check work The final straw was the assessing of additional fees for auto pay and then the few times I had to adjust my service (with plenty of notice) they started assessing another $5 charge for frequency of service citing that their contract says that every 4 weeks is 5 dollars more than every 3 weeks even if your just adjusting your schedule due to travel but not your typical frequency as a customer. At that point I pointed out to them that their contract also stipulates that they would provide their own equipment and supplies for the services they provide and their employees had shown up to the last service unable to do their job unless i could provide them with the things they didn’t have. These aren’t normally things I would worry about, but since they seemed so interested in assessing petty fines and pointing to their contract anywhere they could I felt it was relevant. Apparently accountability only goes one way with them. We’ve parted ways on doing business in the future and I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. Customer service and customer behavior are a two way street that should be enforced equally and service has degraded beyond what it used to be. I provided them a 2 star instead of a 1 star as their service was good in the beginning, but unfortunately that is not the case now.

Excellent Service. Janitorial Plus provided the fastest response time, best price, and quickest scheduling time. I needed next day service and they were able to deliver. These are the qualities that I believe most customers are looking for in a service like this and Janitorial Plus has all of them. Not only that but also the quality of service they provided was exceptional. The rooms they cleaned look better than when I bought my place. Strongly recommend and I will be using their service again.

Bought a new home that wasn’t cleaned so had them come in. They did a great job and the house looked even better after they finished. Would definitely consider having them come back annually for a deep clean.

I’ve been having Janitorial Plus LLC clean my house monthly for the last several months. I definitely recommend them! Arturo is great at communicating and scheduling is easy. The house is always spotless after. The price is great for the quality of cleaning.
