The last time I worked here, I never had a problem and I actually loved it! Started working for them again and they are just so rude! Threatening to fire you for the most ridiculous things. Example: if you don’t report if there is nothing wrong with the building you are cleaning each week, you get write up. Like why? Yeah, you have to report if there is something wrong but if there is nothing to report, why do you still have to report it? Then, the building I was cleaning, they only give you 2 hours. One day, it took me 2 hours and 28 minutes because I was putting the cleaning supplies away that I ordered and there were a lot of boxes to go through and the wall was really dirty by the computers so I was trying to clean that the most I can. They said, “Your building is only 2 hours not almost 3 hours if it continues you will get write up.” Well, first of all, it was almost 2 and a half hours for that one day only because of that reason not almost 3. If someone else were to clean it, it would have taken them even longer that day. I was being threaten if it happens again they would write me up because I was doing what I was suppose to do?!?! If it didn’t do it, I would have gotten yelled at too and they would have written me up anyway. They think they are better than you. They don’t care about you. Don’t answer your questions properly. Not doing their job like they are suppose to but us getting yelled at for things that we are suppose to be doing. Using comments like “come with me now” “like you people” in attitude type of way the very first time you meet me! There is one person that had it out for me the very first time she met me. Thinking she’s all that. I hope she gets fired soon because this is ridiculous and childish. It’s like we’re in school again. Since someone else took over the company, it’s just not the same anymore.

High turnover with management and employees. I couldnt get into the buildings. They don’t explain any of their policies and after asking numerous times. Couldn’t access the ehub app. No meetings with staff. No one can answer your questions. People pretending to be people that they aren’t. People coming in buildings messing with bathrooms after they have been cleaned. People telling lies on other employees.Got compliments from students and professors. If people would worry about them selves they wouldn’t have time to nose in other peoples lives. Too much unnecessary drama.

Poor management direct supervisor tells everyone about how bad her employees are doing or if they are handicap don’t give you your raises will not give you your pto time you worked for this company is terrible and is worse now since they have been bought out not recommended

I have never had any issues working with Scioto Services. Have worked with this company two different times and never had any major issues. Check issues, or things I needed for the job, were always addressed. Would love to work with them again, if it was possible for me to do so.

Avoid at all cost. Poor management. Also don’t pay correctly. Checks will be short constantly. They hire these supervisors that have never been in a position like that and have no idea what they are doing and only fire the good employees.

Poor upper management!!!! Need to maybe look into doing an exit interview when people leave!! And do a little “housekeeping” of their own !!!
