Horrible company they don’t appreciate nothing. The supervisor Aamon I had sucked would lie to me constantly and would be sneaky about things I was falsely accused regular at the building I worked at For no reason. This or that wasn’t cleaned or vacuumed. I was never appreciated for anything. Management nonexistent.

It was fine in the beginning but then I noticed that the manager (Jay) I worked for would distribute his work on all four of the workers while he sat in the break room on his phone. Not only that he would be in said break room with the door closed and the lights off and move ever two hours like clockwork. Aamon is passive aggressive when he talks to everyone when he gets complaints that are coming from nowhere around. Both the Jay and Aamon seem to hate their jobs. My colleagues and I seem to just be the the maids that get looked down on constantly by the managers. Another thing, the Jay and Aamon treat the male and female workers differently by the way the explain thinks over and over to the female works and with the male workers they are just like “got it”. They both will lie straight to your face too. That same manager that sits in the office would constantly hit on the female workers and try to get their numbers. I’m convinced that they would make the messes after everyone left for the day just to say “you didn’t do your job correctly”. Micromanaging is sky high with this place but it’s from the laziest of managers that doesn’t want to be there in the first place. I wouldn’t even apply to this place if it was the last job offer in existence. It’s not worth the time or the money to deal with the headache. But shout out to the best manager Rich. He was super helpful and really chill about getting everything done fast and efficiently. That man needs a raise. Thank you Rich!!!

At Beginning was okay, but my co-worker was friendly. We work as a team. And wasn’t bad at first, until we were getting falsely accused on the regular at the building. For no reason. This or that wasn’t cleaned or vacuumed. When everything would be clean. It had gotten to the point that the company would believe them. Despite evidence was shown that we did our job. Sometimes I think the building had trust issues because the team was the same ethics race (African Americans) as the previous person before Aamon took over. Left the company because of this! It sucks. Aamon was okay at first. But complain nonstop. Especially when someone called off medical and how he have to do their job. Like seriously complain. Fast forward almost to the end, the building was brought out all my previous co-workers left and I was the only one left. They were supposed to look for me another spot. Downtown was several spots open. Same time, etc. Guess what? Never did anything. They quickly took the posting down and act like it never exist. Ignore my calls, jobless for months. I was disgusted. Do you want to work here? Go ahead. But it is not worth it, to be honest. Until things change for the better. I’m willing to come back. But things didn’t change at all. No thanks. I’m good.

Horrible place to work for .if ur in the hospital longer than 3 days they will write u up.they are heartless and wont honor medical excuses….shame on you!

Pay was okay but not worth what you are as a cleaner I was doing a lot to get paid 12.50 an hr with no raise helping out at different job sites being nice especially when most of everyone had quit with the new contract they got I was clocking out going straight to the other site to help out this company doesn’t appreciate you they don’t even send out marry Christmas cards or holiday cards or thank you cards for your hard working Service lady that handles pay roll is rude at times for just calling she has her fair shares with everyone of what I hear you get no paid time off this company let me go because I lost one of my siblings and had to Care for my sibling kids that’s 4 and 6 they had no type of regard what’s so ever no sorry to hear that nothing they told hr I had to help out with my relative kids Amon the floater that talks about bill behind his back is fake he lies about bringing shipment says he going to leave the company 🙄 blah blah because he’s not getting enough in Salary he completely lied on me and got me fired but I didn’t throw him under the bus I was working at a school building alone till late at night they never check up on me no communication less they get a report about you the list can go on! I now make 17 an hr as a cleaner and my job Company treats me wayy better if they would had never had let me go I would had till been making less one door close another opens !

I always wanted to see inside of the Supreme Court never thought that I’ll be in there cleaning it I love this job management and the staff in the office at Mid America has always been good to me
