This company promises but they don’t keep their promises. They only look out for their interests and forget about the worker. They want you to do the job in fewer established hours, always seeking their benefits by cutting work hours to reduce the employee’s pay, and they have several co-workers upset with this. They want to make a dairy out of a Cow. In my opinion they are third rate Nazis.

My only interaction with JV Janitorial Services was being catcalled by one of their drivers (inside the JV Janitorial Services van) as I was walking my dog in Shaker Heights. Based off that experience, it’s clear they are trash. I would never feel safe having them clean my office or house.

Horrible work environment. Management is trash. Leah will lie to you and tell you you’re getting a 90 day evaluation and then skate around giving you a raise. If you work full time they have trash insurance that doesn’t pay for anything. They want constant communication but when you bring up an issue or a problem they don’t want to be bothered to help you. They want maximum effort for very little pay and want you to do 1000 tasks at one job with minimal hours to cram it all in. Screw this place. Do not work for this dumpster fire.
