We hired ADVNY. A new crown was constructed as well as a chamber repair with chamber tech on January 12th. A leak was observed on January 14th. January 15th Scheduled a visit on January 18th January 18th Work cannot be done because of weather January 22nd Work cannot be done because of weather January 25th A different technician came. Previous technician failed to fully close the damper. January 28th Leak was observed that was brownish in color from center of the flue. January 29th Schedule for work for February 2nd January 31st Office called to report that their truck broke down. February 8th Work cannot be done because of the weather. February 13th Work cannot be done because of the weather. February 15th Work cannot be done because of the weather. Rescheduled for February 26th. February 26th We called but were told we weren’t on the schedule even though they told us February 16th previously. February 28th. We called several times to confirm our scheduled appointment on February 29th. We were told more time was needed and a schedule is on for March 1st. We have never received a receipt by mail even though we were promised a mailed receipt when work was originally performed on January 12th. We were told we would get a receipt when we called on February 28th as well. They promised warranties, but no contract emailed or mailed. We observed a leak on March 3rd and called again. They sent a proposal for waterproofing the chimney. We said we weren’t interested. We would not recommend this company. The chimney still leaks after a third visit on March 1st. Three different technicians could not solve the leak. The incompetence of this firm is very disappointing. The work wasn’t done correctly. It has been a frustrating experience.

Great customer service and communication. Polite and knowledgeable staff! Our technician Hermin has been very helpful in tracking down problems, explaining each step of the process and alleviating issues occurring with our chimneys. A+ workmanship!

We’re very happy. We have a double chimney, one for our wood hearth and 1 for our gas fireplace and although we get a cleaning regularly no technician could ever find where the moisture was coming down from. Mike and Kevin were early they found and repaired the leak they did it excellent cleaning in less time than they said. They even cleared out all those birds nest around the cap. I recommend them without reservation. 12 12 2023 We had ADV chimney back to overhaul are old gas fireplace glad we did. Patrick the gas tech dismantled the entire fireplace and removed the rust and broken fittings and repainted it and put it all the way back together and tested it. Gave it new life and save Us thousands instead of replacing it. Thank you Patrick your’e the fireplace whisperer.

Company is very honest, reliable, and competitive. They also sent me before and after pictures when doing my chimney job. Ask for Ashley she is great; she did my pricing and followed up with me the entire job. She also prioritize my home because I had small children. I was able to get a quick appointment and get the job done! Would highly recommend.
