Saavedra’s Quality Contractor 2 months agoWithin two weeks of getting a good estimate and contract for Manny and his crew to restucco our home in MIMBRES, he and his crew arrived and in six days turned our cracked and sad home into a lovely sage green place we love to come home to. It matches the hard work we did indoors to create a great palace. They even threw in a couple of pop ups around windows. Talk of the neighborhood. Jaye and Metta

Deming Excavating, Inc. a year agoIf your job is too small you will just get passed over and not even receive a quote after being told you would get a quote. I was told I would get a quote but the person I was talking to apparently went on vacation a couple days after saying he would go look at the location that I needed a road that weekend and give me a quote. I found this out the next week when I emailed to follow-up and received and automated message. When I tried following up when the automated response said he would be back in the office I received another one extending when he would be out. When he got back in the office he sent me an email saying they took 2 jobs that would occupy their entire crew till next fall and they would have to decline my project. So he wasted 2 weeks of my time because he had promised a quote and seamed professional over the phone but instead of being up front and letting me know they may not be able to take the job lead me to believe it would be a simple job and that I would get a quote. I do not consider that to be very professional. Communication is incredibly important. I hope they communicate better with the people that hired them.

Circle F Construction a year agoGave Frank Torres of Circle F a $500 advance for contracting services, to rehab a house I purchased. After a couple of months of waiting, he said he was too busy to do the work, so he was going to return my advance. I’ve been waiting 6 months and still no return of funds. When I followed up with him, he lied and said he never received any funds. I said I have a cancelled check that shows otherwise. When I said there will be repercussions for non-payment (ie this review), he threatened me with violence and hung up. He is a crook plain and simple. BEWARE!!! If I ever receive payment, I will gladly update this review. Update: 7/14/22 I still have not received payment, however Frank Torres did send me a threatening text! Update 10/31/22 Circle F Construction has been dissolved by The State of New Mexico since 2021. So apparently it has been operating illegally the last year as an unlicensed and un-bonded company. I would certainly be suspicious of any positive review in light of this information.
