First of all, I would like to say how happy it makes me feel when I call a company and they actually answer the phone. I feel appreciated. I feel like I get to talk to somebody. I like to talk to a human being so I give them a A+ for answering the phone and talking to me. I give them a A+ for on-time service the very next day they were out here. I had a skunk problem, the man who came out to my home his name was Randy Lyle LYELL he was very professional. He was fast. He did a very good job. I really thought he did a wonderful job and would like to give him an A+ all around an A+ for me my name is mickie skrobot I live in Belleville Michigan…oh and the price was spot on!!!!

Really good customer service – setup an appointment to have couch and loveseat cleaned – appointment process simple- got a call 2 days before confirming appointment – technician called to advise his ETA which he arrived on time and within the timeframe I was given when making the appointment – very polite – did a very thorough job and provided great customer service and represented DRC very professionally.

My parents basement flooded with sewage water. Bob and Jason came quickly and got everything cleaned up. They did an awesome job and we are so appreciative!

They lose people checks, communication sucks, lie that you don’t do your job don’t care if u call off for emergency with your health. Only care bout them selfs terrible company I wouldn’t work here if I was you. After 2 weeks I left. I had to call off one day due to major health crisis they told me to prioritize what matters lol so i said okay I will, then they said I didn’t do my job when I return to work so I left Rachel will lie to you Mike just lie. They lied about my last day working and stole my check no biggie keep that damn $30. New job paying $145,736 👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿

I have nothing but praise for the great job DRC has done to take care of the water from a broken pipe at my parents home and the great job Randy did cleaning their carpeting. A great company to work with!

We were very happy with DRC carpet cleaning. Randy was our technician who performed the service. Efficient, friendly and the best part was, the carpet wasn’t soaked when he was done. We found our new carpet cleaning company!
