Very happy with the communication provided by the company. Charlie and his assistant were very polite, answered my questions, worked hard to get the stains out. Very happy with how my carpets look. Highly recommend and will use them again.

I will recommend them to every family member I have for cleaning services! I am so happy with my carpet cleaning, they were fast, respectful, and did a great job. They are so kind from the booking to the cleaning, I highly condemn their work. The price was very worth it. My carpets are fluffed and look good as new. They dry very quickly. Charlie was an angel. He did the carpet cleaning for me, and again just very respectful, polite, and in and out. He acknowledged me on their specials and referrals. They have great great communication.

Lakeshore Janitorial does a great job! We started using them for carpet cleaning service this spring. They get the carpets cleaner than any other company we’ve ever used. They are always polite and quick to respond. They’ve even come out last minute when we’ve needed an emergency clean. Great company!
