I have been using Oscar and his company for the past 2 years. They are professional and always do an outstanding job! We have used them for services at our home for carpet cleaning, regularly use them for residential cleaning of our home, and we have used them for commercial cleaning at our restaurant. Oscar and his crew, did a fantastic job giving the ReStore a deep cleaning and managed to get out tile floor shining , which I thought could never happen. He is very responsive, professional, and had great communication. I highly recommend his services!

Couldn’t have been happier. Had them come in to our restaurant to do a deep clean and cleaning/waxing of the floors and their work was excellent! They cleaned parts of the store that I never would have expected them to. Highly recommend!

GS Maintenance LLC, Power Washing has the best service for cleaning your siding of your home and I was very satisfied with the final results. They are very reasonable and honest compared to their competitors. I will call them again.

These guys are amazing! Great customer service, communication and work ethic! They gave me an estimate and stuck to it, they texted me to remind me of our appointment and were on time! They worked so hard to get all the green stuff off of my house, my deck, my mailbox, front porch and front bricks as well as my driveway and back patio. I cannot express how thankful I am for their work and professional attitude. They were also very kind and respectful and displayed professionalism in every aspect of the job, which was huge!

Great service! GS provided pressure cleaning services to our walkway and parking area; cleaned up a mess another contractor left behind. Oscar showed up early, friendly and professional. Epitome of was a true small business should be.
