I work for WXCY Radio and Bayside has serviced our building and performance stage for about four years now. They have been top tier in several ways. Communication is very important to them, and they’re always very helpful with any service schedule changes that need to be adjusted on our behalf, and proactive with setting up service around holidays. They also take inventory regularly of supplies we need (trash bags, toilet paper, etc.) and make sure we’re stocked. When we do need something they are quick to bring it to us, even between service days. They’re very personable and professional. Emma has been our account manager since day one and is always so helpful and friendly. She stops by regularly to make sure we’re taken care of and happy with service. The employees who come weekly are always polite and work hard. They pay great attention to detail and are always understanding and accommodating to requests we make. It’s been a joy to watch Bayside’s success grow over the last four years. Their quality of work is excellent and we’re very appreciative of Ryan, Emma and the whole Bayside team!

This is the most progressive company I have ever had the privilege of working for in the 25 plus years I have been in the business of Custodial Management. Team work, customer care, dedicated service and follow up are things that I have seen my peers, owners,and Custodial staff practice on a daily basis. After years of working in the Environmental Services industry and going through training with large to medium sized companies who fail to manage growth and maintain an active presence in education, Team building, customer care, and employee support. It is a great pleasure to be a member of the Bayside team. Bayside Commercial Building Services is a top notch company who really takes pride in their work. It is not just about getting the job done with them. It is about making everything look new. In a post Covid world, cleanliness is on everyone’s mind. Ryan and his crew make the “5 second rule” a “5 minute rule.” Would give more than 5 stars if possible!!
