10/10 wouldn’t recommend! The communication was horrible they are bias when it comes to emergencies. I personally quit because I’m an all around fair person I’ve seen hard working people get fired and quit. They will sound like they care for you and the concerns you have but really don’t. You get wrote up for things that are literally out of your control go ex. If you’re holding a bag of trash and you set it down briefly to answer the phone for your boss YOU WILL GET WROTE UP for setting trash down for a couple of seconds. Also a manger trained me and then quit my 2nd week after another manger had already quit as well. My first week there I also heard from management they are having a Latin American event to hire Latin Americans because they work harder like WOW. Horrible company and you guys should be ashamed!!

Company is a complete waste of time in the Cedar Rapids area. Was one of the top picked employees to help them start their business in Cedar Rapids and upon meeting Coco Lopez after 5 months of me working for this company Boom 🤯 was terminated 2 weeks after I got hired and had received a raise during my 5 month stint with this company I’ve seen 3 supervisors quit this job heard staff say they were going to advertise at the Latin Heritage Festival in Cedar Rapids because Latin America work harder in a nutshell if you’re in Cedar Rapids this will not be a place where you are recognize as an employee for your hard work We need to let Heritage Building Maintenance & their Jewish Partners Bee Cleaning know that Linn County isn’t a place for. Bias antics when employing our Citizens 🙂 FYI I was terminated for bringing my 6yr old daughter out of the cold in the building to finish my job because Coco Lopez a supervisor completely disregarded my emergency text🤷🏿‍♂️

This company is horrible when it comes to caring for its workers do NOT work for them I repeat DO NOT work for them they care more about u coming to work then actually paying u right so u can survive n this wicked world. There’s no equality whatsoever in this company and they are very very against minorities and it must be stopped immediately! They make people feel discriminated against and don’t care or get evaluated for it. NO YOU DO NOT VAULE YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!! THE ERROR IS HOW YOU GUYS OVERWORK YOUR WORKERS AND PAY LESS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here. There is no communication a lot of back and forth between owner(millie) and supervisor (irene). Irene who was my supervisor which I felt had personal issues with me. Has even told me to not call her phone when I needed instructions at an assignment. They lie about using a company car as one of their benefits, they made me wait a whole month even then I still didn’t have full access. How they treat their employees is unfair they ended my assignment with no validation just off he said she said.
