We are happy with the results. The quality of their work and well designed floors have brought a new sence of comfort to our home. Prices are reasonable. Great people to work with too. I highly recommend their services.

And very fast turn around had material and then installed with in a day. And crew was very clean and neat with the roof installation. I highly recommend Jake and company.

Marker, Inc. 2 years agoMy father in-law bought a house in 55 yr. old community and has been getting the run-a-round since he closed on his house. BIG HOLE in his family room since before he closed on his house. And now he has been in the house for over 6 months +. Also. the driveway elevation is wrong as well and water/ice builds up (back-pitched) and they keep giving him excuses . My next step is to go to City of Yorkville and ask who approved final inspection on house with big holes in family room of house. My father in-law is in his 80’s and doesn’t want to start any issues with Marker’s superintendent but I do this for a living and this is totally unacceptable. The city inspector would have not approved this unless Marker would have promised to fix prior to Occupancy. I’ll be visiting Marker’s office and speaking to so-called superintendent to get these rectified ASAP. Otherwise, i’m going to City of Yorkville for answers…..I will also be asking for submitted as-builds from City of Yorkville that i would assume are incorrect based on back pitched issues at service walk. Tired of sitting back and letting them take advantage of older couple that doesn’t know any better.
