This is actually the first review I have ever written. In most cases, I am able to deal directly with the company until both sides have reached a agreeable level of satisfaction. In this instance I have found no such luck. They over promise and under deliver… Then they try to bully you using a large amount of legal jargon in their “contract”. I take full responsibility for a poor business decision on my part. If I would have simply googled for reviews, I would have never signed up for their services. Within 1 week of canceling their cleaning service (which I had to threaten with trespassing to get my key returned) they sent me to a collection agency and had a lawyer contact me with more threatening information. There has been minimal attempt of communication on behalf of the company. I have left 4 voicemails for the “operations manager” with instructions on when best times to call “mornings” only to have him call after business hours in the evening. If these guys too the money they spent on lawyers, contracts and fighting people on technicalities and instead used that money to better develop their customer service and most of all CLEANING skills, they wouldn’t need lawyers, contracts or threats. But, you sleep in the bed you make. There are only so many opportunities to take advantage of people… eventually their luck will run out.
