Cory made the planning and building process comfortable with his clear and frequent communications. Cory and his team were accommodating and easy to work with throughout the process. Thanks to Cory and the White Pine Builders team we now have a lovely, well built home and could not have asked for a better building experience!

They provide quality work and products at a fair price. Having a great team with great communication is something that can be a struggle to find, but they seem to have that figured out as well.

Steed Construction, Inc. 2 years agoSubcontractors be warned: Steed uses crafty legal tactics to take advantage of your naivety on their 30-page subcontractor agreement. Owners beware: Steed is extremely good at burning bridges with subs so don’t be surprised if they constantly move their schedule forward and pass the costs onto you.

Sabau Construction 2 months agoAlex remodeled the first floor of my house in 2022. I had never done a remodel and I was very nervous because of horror stories that I have heard regarding difficult contractors, but I got so lucky with Alex. He was always on time, there were no delays, he was patient with me while I worked out my decisions, and he does incredible work! I honestly believe that Alex is part expert contractor and part artist. He redid my entire kitchen, 1/2 bath, all new flooring, tile on the fireplace, light fixtures and other smaller details like a front doorknob and new glass in my back door. He also helped me move my furniture, which was so nice of him. Not only is his work beautiful, but he is also so much fun to be around. He has a great personality, he is very kind and helpful, and he sings while he works 🙂 Alex is a lovely and talented person and I 100% recommend him. I don’t believe anyone can go wrong with him.
