This is the second year working with Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Southwest Florida to ensure clean, safe, compliant environments at our Child Care Facilities operated under Step Up Suncoast, Inc. Rise and Shine Early Learning programs in Manatee County. We have been very, very pleased with the service relationship between Step Up Suncoast, Inc. and Vanguard. The key to our strong and efficient relationship is in the communication between the program and the owners, supervisors and cleaning crews with Vanguard. I hired this company to clean our office. There was a family that would come on the weekends and one day they just stopped coming. I communicated with the office and they keep saying they’ll call me back but NEVER call me back. The girl on the phone blames other employees for the lack of communication but I know I talked to her. I just want my office key back. Beware!
