Awful customer service left my house still dirty tried talked to a person by the name of Jeremy explaining I wasn’t happy all he did was blame me for only having maid service for 3 hours which isn’t long enough for them to really clean anything is what I was told also the person cleaning my house was 40 mins late without a phone call or text here are photos of how my house was left

The things that were cleaned were cleaned fairly well, but a lot was missed, even though they had time remaining on the four hour estimate. Totally missed the master bathroom toilet, too.

They were both really nice and responsive. Id prefer a deeper cleaning but had too much clutter.. so they definitely did the best they could.

Do not use this company. We scheduled a move out clean with them for 4-5 hours with two cleaners. We had already moved overseas at this time so we had a neighbor go and check on the cleaning for us and they barely even cleaned one floor of our house. When I called the company the man that answered said that they needed an additional 4-5 hours than what was quoted to finish. When I told him that what he said was done was not done and I have pictures for proof he told me that I am wrong. They then went ahead and still charged me for 9 hours worth or work since there were two workers. The state they left my house in looked like they came and worked for 30 minutes. The unprofessional manner of the employer I talked with was unbelievable. I would recommend any other cleaning company in Spokane. Pictures below are of my fridge drawers and cabinets that they said they cleaned and are obviously not.
