I contacted Akemi Royal Cleaning last year, after a string of frustrating experiences with *other* cleaners (including last minute cancelations and lack of attention to detail). Roberta got in touch right away, and we scheduled a walk-through of my house that afternoon, less than 24 hours after another cleaner had completed a so-called “deep clean” that left me extremely disappointed. Without prompting, Roberta called out the cobwebs and dust that was part of the source of my dissatisfaction, and I immediately felt confident I’d be in good hands. Roberta and her colleague have now cleaned my house 8 times, and I’m thrilled with the quality of service! In addition to thorough, detail-oriented cleaning, I appreciate and value her clear communication, punctuality, professionalism, thoughtfulness, flexibility, and especially the care she shows my four pets.

Roberta and Maria do a wonderful job! I prefer more eco friendly/non-toxic cleaners and they are happy to use the cleaning products I provide. Roberta is also very conscientious about making sure our indoor cats do not get out when she is entering/exiting our house. She is an excellent communicator. She wants to make sure everything is how I like it done and to always understand how she can improve and do better.

The quality of this company dropped so fast. I wrote a five star review two months ago. Yesterday was the third time I hired them. However, after cleaning, the floor was sticky and squeaky. I can’t stand walking on the floor so I used my cleaning robot to mob the floor today. The first picture is the sheet after the first time using the robot. The last three pictures are the floor after the second time using the robot. I don’t know how many times I have to run the robot to clean my floor…

I hired Akemi Royal Cleaners for a deep clean of my apartment before family came to stay. Roberta and her crew worked hard to make sure everything was spotless. I’m positive my place has never been cleaner! Roberta was very responsive and professional throughout the process and made sure I was happy with the work. They thoughtfully even took sheets that were in the laundry out of the machine made my bed for me. I’m glad to support a female owned and run company that does an excellent job!
