Horrible. I was charged 250 for a 450 square apartment and they did a crappy job. This was my daughters apartment and I spent the next three days cleaning it. I deserve to have my money refunded and I don’t think they even did a one star

I was really torn between a four and a 5 and here’s why. Let me start by saying they were phenomenal. They sent me a reminder text, they were on time, they text me when they were on their way to my house and about 30 minutes before they finished. They were nice, professional and friendly. They cleaned the ham sandwich out of my kitchen. I mean it was wonderful! Look brand new. The only thing that I was torn about were a few things I noticed after they left. I noticed my shower walls weren’t as clean as they could be, I wish they would have paid a bit more attention to a few small spots on the laminate and the biggest thing for me……. When I originally called I wanted to know if they wiped walls or even spot cleaned them. I was told they did but that was not done and that was one of the major things that was important to me. I’m sure if I would have been paying attention and mentioned it to them they would have taken care of it because they were that nice. Outside of that I was extremely happy with them and their work so I chose a 5! Oh and did I mention the price was phenomenal!!!

They were able to come by the next day to do a whole house cleaning. While they were there, I asked if they would clean the carpets, and the answer was yes, and they were willing to come back later that day, which they did. It was inspection ready.

Our two story home has hardwood floors, plantation shutters and two cats in residence. Sean and Sherry Todd left it gleaming. Very pleased to recommend them and looking forward to having them come back.

Wonderful customer service and very responsive. AAHC was flexible to my needs and was willing to do whatever I needed, including renting a rug shampoo machine and cleaned my carpets as well. They took their time and didn’t rush through the job. I highly recommend AAHC and will definitely be calling in them again. Thanks, Sean!
