I wanted to take a second to commend the crew who cleaned our house today. My wife said one woman was April and the other woman she did not get her name. One had dark/possibly red hair and the other one had blonde hair. They did an astounding job! At one point I walked into a bathroom and the blonde was on her hands and knees cleaning the bathtub faucet with a toothbrush. I do not think I have seen that close attention to detail from anyone so far. But it wasn’t just the bathtub faucet. It seemed like more attention to detail was placed on everything. I think this is the cleanest/best our house has ever looked!!

We just moved here from Tennessee. We wanted a cleaning company that could keep up with our bi-weekly demands and having three kids maintaining was hard. This company has done everything we wanted and more! The owner checked in with us on the first couple of cleanings to make sure I was happy with the quality.

This company was amazing. When they came for an estimate they were so nice and explained the vision, their pricing, and what to expect. So when the ladies came, I knew what they were going to do. When they left, the supervisor came back to check behind them. I must say, I was extremely pleased with the services. They were professional, quick, and efficient. 10 out of 10, I recommend.

We have been so pleased with the wonderful, thorough job You’ve Got Maids has done in our home for the past six months. The teams are meticulous, careful, friendly and punctual. They don’t leave until we’ve inspected and approved the cleanliness of each room. Best of all, the owner frequently communicates with clients and genuinely cares that every task is performed well. No concern is too small!

The ladies who clean are courteous, on time and do a very excellent job. I am very comfortable with them in my home. Also, the office is very responsive.

We were blown away with the attention to detail from the maids. They got back to us quickly and explained the process from start to finish. On site manager April made sure we were fully satisfied with the cleaning of her team. I never have an issue with my payments being processed improperly. The General Manager Alyssa is phenomenal and always available for questions. Ownership calls in from time to time to check on the quality of the cleanings…. Not the cheapest housekeeper company in town, but surely not the most expensive. More than worth it every couple weeks of a few dollars more than the other maid services. And it made us comfortable knowing we could call the owner on his personal cell phone at any time. I highly recommend You’ve Got Maids RVA

“You’ve Got Maids” are an amazing company with an even better team of experienced workers. Everyone I met from the initial quote to the cleaning were very kind, informative, and professional. I really appreciated it all! Out of the whole apartment there were two minor things I had a question about. I gave Ron a call to bring to his attention and he ensured me that they would be taken care of on the next visit. I trust “You’ve Got Maids” and appreciate there work!
