Lydia charged me over $80 an hour, and managed to squeeze an extra $20 out of me that she felt she deserved! I needed a deep cleaning done and I even helped her and she didn’t even finish the job! She came and cleaned by herself, without having anyone even help her, and she cleaned for only 3 hours and did not finish the job by any means! In fact, she left my kitchen floor all wet and dirty, and that floor had been very clean before she came! she said she had to go pick up her daughter. She never offered to come back to finish the job. I asked her to clean my entire bathroom and she left parts of the baseboards dirty and left dirt on one of the walls. She really didn’t clean much! She cleaned only the top cabinets in my kitchen, and not the bottom ones. I asked her repeatedly if I could at least borrow her magic cleaner to finish the bottom cabinets and she said I could but never brought it over and never called me back. I had to call her several times and still, nothing! I cleaned my entire living room as she cleaned and I did a better job than she did! $250 for 3 hours and never finished! She is very unprofessional and a complete rip off. You’ll waste your money if you choose her.

The clean was ok, but if I was there I wouldn’t have signed off on it. Mirrors were still dirty and most cabinets were not wiped out. We wanted her to clean before we moved in and it was way too expensive for us having to redo a lot of things. Very expensive for not doing anything window related either.

Very dissatisfied with the job that LL Cleaning Services did. We choose a complete move out package and was told that a DEEP clean would be done on the entire house. This did not happen!! A quick wipe down was all we got. We paid them $300 and they were only there for 2 hours. We even called and had them return to the house to have them finish what they said they would do. Even after the return visit the house still required cleaning. I would never use this company again.

Lydia does a fantastic job! We went with the Move-out package which was very affordable. She cleaned our last apartment so well that we were able to get the full deposit back from our landlord!

LL cleaning services has came to clean my home and does a wonderful job! I would highly recommend LL cleaning services!!!!
