I used Karen’s service too prepare my rental property for the market. My initial interactions with Karen were both professional and responsive to my cleaning needs, we quickly scheduled the service and I was extremely pleased with her work. Not only were her cleaning A++++ but she advised me that the garage disposal was not working and the sinks in the bathroom were draining slowly. I was not expecting that detail service, which shows why Karen should be your first choice. I will certainly use her for my other properties. I highly recommend Karen’s Make Ready Services!!! .

I hired Ms. Karen on Monday, April 24th 2023 to clean my former 2 bedroom apartment for move out and she did a phenomenal job! She was very responsive, kind and made sure everything was clean. She did such a good job I didn’t owe anything when the landlord inspected the place! I would definitely do business again and recommend anyone who wants top quality service to use Ms. Karen’s services!

What a joy to do business with Karen Talk about a hard worker & Business owner that she is. 1 company quoted me a day to day & 1/2 to clean a 4,800 square foot home with 8 people at $200.00 per hour. Karen cleaned our home all by herself as she started at 6:45am and finished around 9:30 pm that night well worth the amount charged and a nice tip to top it off. I absolutely recommend her.

Rude, lazy, didn’t complete job and tried to change the list of what she would do after receiving payment. BTW, she was paid at least 3x what a normal housekeeper would be paid because I wanted a deep clean. If you’re into paying out the wazoo for a deep clean but instead getting bunch of excuses from the jump, with nothing done but some vacuuming with your own vacuum…Karen’s your gal. Be ready for her to negotiate and negotiate and negotiate to do less after you pay her because she charges crazy fees but shows up unwilling to work. And she doesn’t bring help with her, either, when she knows she has a big job ahead. So basically she’s too cheap to hire help but too lazy to do any actual work.
