I am very happy with Trustworthy. The cleaning crews are professional, courteous and sensitive to my requests. If there is a problem, Trustworthy immediately responds to my concerns. My only small complaint is that there is an hour window for them to come and it is normally the later part of that hour when they arrive.

Contacted them and signed up for a cleaning. Ad said if I reserved on the same day I got my quote I would get ad additional $49 off. So I reserved. I was called by Manuel and confirmed my reservation for the cleaning but he gave me a price that was much higher than the original quote. Then I also told him about the additional $49 off since I reserved the same day and he refused to honor it. All of it was in writing, my quote, the offer for a discount for reserving for the same day. I then cancelled. I would not do business with a company who does not honor their own promotions and ads for discounts. If they can’t honor their word then what other shady things will they do once in my home? No thanks. I would avoid them.

This company was great to work with. We needed a last minute move-out/deep cleaning for an apartment. They were able to schedule us quickly, their rates were reasonable, the office was communicative, the ladies showed up early, and their service was great. Thank you!

I have had Trustworthy clean my mother’s home twice now. They are timely efficient and leave the home sparking. The staff are professional and communication is beyond excellent. Highly recommend!!

I highly do not recommend using this service for Move out! Paid $300, there was still dust and hair on the floor(they were not cleaned well at all, and we had already vacuumed the day before so should not have been much to clean there, also no carpet),the drawers were still dirty inside and out, the windows smudged. Then they oversold what they do on a “standard cleaning”. Unless you want to have to have them come out multiple times to fix something already should have been done the first time do not use them! They also do not do partial refund or such. A giant waste of money and you will end up having to go clean yourself to get it done right!
