Booked a deep clean on April 6. I originally called to schedule just a kitchen deep clean. I was told that it would be cheaper to do more. So I agreed to have more areas cleaned. I specifically said I wanted my gas stove top, oven, refrigerator and microwave deep cleaned in the kitchen. I was quoted $250. I agreed. I then texted the lady who scheduled me images of my black stainless steel appliances to let her know that the finish is black stainless steel so they could use the correct cleaning. The lady texted me it would be an additional $45 for a total of $295, but required that I pay in CASH. I said “ok”. Three cleaners came out. Initially I was pleased with how they went about their cleaning, but they made a lot of noise, banging and moving across the floors. Looking back, I believe they do this to appear like they are working hard, because it was so obviously exaggerated and unnecessary. I gave all three ladies a tip of $21.65 each. I handed over $360 cash and they left quickly. My husband and I then went to the grocery store. Upon our return…. I was absolutely SHOCKED!!! I discovered that the black matte stainless steel finish on my stove was badly damaged and the self closing freezer drawer would not close!!! They left my hard surface floors “sticky” and missed dusting my large mirror in the living room, dusting my headboard in the master and mounted TV. I immediately texted Graceful Maids with my complaint and requested that at a minimum the company refund the $65 on tip money because I was so upset the cleaners damaged my appliances and didn’t tell me before they left. Also because of poor quality. I texted before and after images of the stove. I didn’t get a response back. I called twice in April and was told the owner would respond. I received no call. I then sent an email April 16 formally outlining my complaint and requested resolution. No response. Please be careful if you decide to use this company. We work so hard to have the things we have for a cleaning companyto to totally be careless and disrespectful and damage our property with no integrity on doing the right thing to make things right. Their customer service policy is to dismiss AND IGNORE. We specifically waited for these appliances to be available with the black matte stainless steel finish when we purchased them 2 years ago, and now my stove finish is ruined.

I had gotten a move out cleaning on my previous home and they were very thorough and the place looked better than when I moved in! I got my FULL deposit back because of graceful maids doing such an immaculate job! I will never use another maid service again.

I’ve really enjoyed Graceful Maids and have used their services several times. The ladies who came to clean were nice, efficient, and left my house looking great!

I paid for services and they have disappointed me both times. The first time they came in and broke my shower towel rack and did not inform me and got mad and was throwing things around when I told them that the living room and kitchen was included. They left when I went to sleep and did not clean the kitchen. I spoke with one of the owners who then went on to tell me that they were not responsible for the towel rack and it was in the contract that I did not get a copy of. After a week goes by, she sends another crew in which I tipped for them coming out to clean my kitchen. I work nights at the hospital, so I have to sleep. They tore my microwave up and did not tell me upon leaving, and when they noticed they tore it up they left without cleaning my oven. I will be pursuing damages in small claims court. I have never seen anything like this where a company feels like they’re not responsible or their workers. I would never use them again or recommend them. I will be taking legal actions though.

Update: we have been with them for a few years and moved to a new area. I asked through text if they serviced argyle and they said yes. I asked if they could come the 17th they said yes. They cleaned our old house 9/28. They charged us an initial clean fee and an area fee and a holiday fee. Like, what?? Warning would be nice. Will never use them again. This was the best deep clean I’ve received. The couch was vacuumed, everything was touched, and our house smelled amazing. 10/10 would recommend and will Be calling back after the summer!

Cleaners are excellent – office staff is unorganized and deceitful. Was overcharged and told “refund will be issued Friday” every week for 3 weeks. Then was put on the schedule and when they didn’t show up the office said “there were other clients who pay more so they got the day” Not worth the headache – good luck
