Thank you so much for sending Lottie & Vee into my world! The deep clean they did was phenomenal. After cleaning up after kids I’m usually left with little energy to get to the nitty gritty. Did the job exactly as described with a positive attitude. When there were changes, they were clear about the needs and addressed everything up front. We had to change the schedule on them a couple of times and they were flexible and communicated with us well. We’ll use them again. Thanks y’all!

Tears. Bianca and Letty were a joy! Our bedroom was in an absolute state of disarray covered in dust and dog hair. The amount of dust was embarrassing but they didn’t judge me! After their superior attention to detail it now feels like a whole different place. The vibe of the room is light and fresh again! This is the first time, after trying ~3 cleaning companies, that I felt like my definition of deep clean was met. Cleaning the baseboards wasn’t just sweeping with a dry crusty broom. It was a full wipe down using cleaning product. I was able to extend their time cleaning the same day which was super nice bc the cleaning was consistent throughout the house versus a rush to finish. Anywho, super fair price, happy workers, and it is a legitimate deep clean. So very very thankful!

I called L&N cleaning to clean our house after renovations. There wasn’t any furniture and we wanted to have it thoroughly cleaned before moving in. Two girls showed up as scheduled, I got updates from owner which was nice to be kept up with what all they found when cleaning. I went by the house to check to see how it was going, and found some spots they had missed so let them know. They were really nice and did as I requested while I was there. After we left, owner called that it was gonna take longer than the 4 hours. So was going to cost extra. I understood so said that was fine. They were at our home from 9-5. We came back next day to see how it turned out. They missed some cabinets and higher areas and some of the walls are still dusty. I just got total knee replacement and I’ll have to get someone to come out again to go over areas that were missed. I was never asked if I was happy with cleaning. But I didn’t complain cuz I felt sorry for the two girls, they worked hard but I think they were exhausted and didn’t give it 100% towards the end. They should’ve had at least another person to help them. I gave them a 3 because of the fact that I’ll have to get someone out again to do the higher areas that were missed. I would probably use them for regular house cleaning but not for post construction cleaning. If they quote for 4 hours, they should have enough cleaning staff there to finish in 4 hours instead of exhausting two girls. The girls did work hard and would do great for cleaning a home on a regular basis.

Paid for a deep cleaning my first visit and had requested wet dust wnd clean and to include windows and blinds. Not one window was touched half the blinds were not touched and they used a swifter for dusting and to wipe floor boards. Only cleaned around items on counters did not pull anything out, bathrooms we’re not done only wiped around and did not clean showers and sinks area/mirrors, they only cleaned floor and toilets. The same bucket of water used for mopping was used for the whole house. The crew arrived late I was scheduled 4 hours they were gone in 3. Contacted Laurie the owner as instructed if I had any questions or concerns and I was blown off and treated very disrespectful, I requested she call me and she would only respond by text and after sending her photos still no response. Lastly as the crew was leaving I was handed a part that holds my Barn door in place that they broke, I addressed this as well and no response or care! I Chose them based off decent reviews and word of mouth had a great conversation and interview with Laurie and now I’m $230 out for poor quality and unprofessional service.

They agreed to $130 for four hours over the phone. Then when they arrived they said did I really want four hours. I said yes, that was the agreement. Then they leave and said they would be back around 10:00 am because they “forgot some supplies”. Shortly after I get a text that they would not be cleaning my house. This was a pure bait and switch. Don’t trust this company. RESPONSE: Over the phone you stated that there wasn’t enough work for four hours; now you say it was because the house wasn’t as described. Tried to stay a shorter time for the same time after already arrived. Per bait and switch … so dishonest!
