Jon and his crew were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Their professionalism was evident in every interaction, and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. Pro master painting and remodeling 2 years agoAN ABSOLUTE DISASTER. ———-Summary———- ▪︎Painted over old, flaking paint. I understood that it would not be perfect and old paint would show through some, but not like it ended up. ▪︎ Did not communicate about any issues or questions. ▪︎Painted over WET ROTTING WOOD instead of telling me about his findings so I could fix it ▪︎ “Hand painted windows” and “caulking cracks and issues where needed” meant slapping paint and caulking on, no clean up, paint and caulk on the windows,, WINDOWS CAULKED AND PAINTED CLOSED and caulk all over the brick. ▪︎Refused to acknowledge his bad work saying for the price it was fine. ▪︎ Even after telling him of my disappointment, and before I got a good look in depth, he said his work was fine. I paid him in full, even though the work was subpar (absolutely terrible once I got a close look.) He was rude after that, even calling me “boss” when I called to clarify things. ▪︎I sent photos and video which he denies is bad or was a issue he caused. ▪︎I asked for a partial refund of $500 to buy supplied to fix his work myself. He threatened to take me to small claims court, then refused to commit or make contact with me and refused to send any signed documentation (illegal to docso) or photo proof of issues before he worked on it. ▪︎ Overall it was a f**king disaster and I wish I never hired him. Awful. Please see the photos (and video if this let’s me) to see. They speak volumes. ——More Detailed account—- I hired Dennys and his team to paint the siding of my old 1950s home. It has flaking paint he was fully aware of. He offered to do it for $1180 after seeing it and explaining the quality I wanted. I offered $1380 as a bonus to do a good job as I felt the price was a bit low. Why things were terrible: ▪︎ He told me he would power-wash off as much paint as he could, which I assume he did. He left early due to a family emergency. ▪︎Day 2 he came with help to patch, caulk, and fix issues that would show through the new paint. He was to do: ▪︎Calking of any cracks and rough edges of beams, caulk and hand paint the windows, and said he would peel and sand small places as he went if he felt it would show through. He did not do the peeling or sanding, caulked and painted my windows CLOSED as well as did a really bad job, leaving the windows unfinished and painted straight on old paint and caulking. They caulked some, but please see the images. They. are. awful. ▪︎Day 3 was painting. My husband and I pointed out many issues including bald spots you could see old paint through, drips, large patches of painted over flaked paint, they even painted over WET AND ROTTING WOOD. If I knew, I would’ve dried and patched it beforehand, but they decided to say nothing. Super bad communication all around. …….Final thoughts…….. ▪︎Paint is worse than before and coming off with just my fingers. ▪︎There is caulk all over my brick. ▪︎The windows are all caulked shut. ▪︎Windows are worse than they were before. ▪︎The paint has cracks in it that will let water in and is flaking off which he claimed wasn’t his problem. ▪︎He said he did a great job for the cost and said the quality I wanted would’ve been much more. He saw the house’s condition and quoted me LOWER than I paid him. ▪︎During my last walk through and during the project itself, my husband and I asked a lot of questions and pointed out lots we were unhappy with. Dennys blew them off saying, for the price, he did a good job. From the street it looked good, aside from the windows which were so bad they were obvious from even that far, but any closer is garbage. ▪︎He won’t give me documentation for our contract, which is illegal. ▪︎As soon as he got the check (before I did a deeper check of his work) he went from nice to rude in a snap. I even called to talk it out at one point and he answered the phone “Hey, Boss.” Like, really? ▪︎No professionalism. No paperwork. Not sure if he’s even licensed as I didn’t ask. Do not hire this guy. He will completely F**k you over.

Parkway Construction & Architecture a week agoIf you are a sub contractor, avoid this company. Like everyone else mentions, they don’t pay. If you are a business considering Parkway, just know that they try to worm their way out of paying their contractors. Terrible company, terrible people, terrible ethics. Only positive review they have here is from their employee/former employee, which is the only reason why their whole page isn’t 1 star. It’s not good practice to let employees leave a review, but nothing this company does is good practice or in good faith. Run if you ever hear “Parkway Construction”.

MG Remodeling and Design 4 months agoI’ve used several contractors before being referred to Miguel. He was by far the most organized, courteous, and professional of all of them. Miguel built our new master bath. They showed up on day 1 and before starting any demo, they protected the floors, double checked the measurements they took weeks earlier, and even found something that needed to be corrected on the design. When they were finished with demolition, THEY CLEANED THE ENTIRE PATH FROM THE BATHROOM TO THE GARAGE. When was the last time you saw a contractor do that? Miguel and Diego were responsive throughout the entire process and scheduled every part of the job to keep the project on time. They worked with us on some touchup items without even questioning it. For once in my life I’m actually looking forward to working with a contractor on a future job. Thanks for the great work!
