I use American Maid Cleaning Company when I am in a bind. I’ve had a few cleaners come into my home and Heather is by far the best help I’ve ever had walk-through my door. When I tell you the weight is always LIFTED OFF MY SHOULDERS. 😮‍💨 She is the most friendly, time efficient and THOROUGH cleaner that I have had come into my home. And my dog loves her! You can always trust a dogs intuition. Here’s a picture of my stove for proof. NOW THATS MAGIC 🪄 ✨

Heather came to clean my house on a Saturday while I was out of town and we came back earlier than expected the next day to a half done job. I reached out to her immediately about the Situation on Sunday and proceeds to be rude by telling me it’s Sunday and her kids had her phone which is totally understandable, but as a paying customer I reached out the day I came home, why wait to mention something because of the day it is. Then she admitted that she basically missed things because she’s only one person and said I told her to have it done in 6 hours which definitely wasn’t the case I told her if she needed more time to let me know. We agreed on a DEEP clean of my WHOLE house and it wasn’t done. I sent her pictures of my ENTIRE house and told her I wanted it organized and cleaned to include my refrigerator which she keeps saying that wasn’t apart of it but I sent you pictures of it so it should’ve been cleaned as well. One of my rooms she didn’t even touch because I sent her videos of my moving my dog cage and there was trash under it. The only thing she cleaned well honestly was my stove and the main bathroom in my bedroom. To make it easier for her because she offered to come back in two weeks to rectify the situation, which does not make sense to me. Why would you come back in two weeks when more dust and stuff could come back up and that’s gonna be more of a job for you to do I offered and told her that she could just give me back a reasonable amount of my money and she didn’t need to come back her response to that was no because she did six hours of work and gave a discount you didn’t technically give me a discount that’s what you were offering. And I agreed and said that is fine. You can come back out. What time will you be back out? I never heard anything else from her and then she came back the next day texting and said what she would do. I even tried to tell her she didn’t need to do everything. I broke it down to certain things that I wanted redone versus all of the work she wanted to redo and she still was not satisfied, but I said OK fine come back out and do everything all over again that you agreeing to do then again asked her a time for July 9 and she still has yet to respond to me. I am definitely disputing this with my bank because this is totally unacceptable, I even gave her a couple of dollars extra from what she told me it wasn’t a lot extra but I wanted to see how her work was first prior to me becoming a big tipper but whoever referred her to me you guys definitely lied or she was just didn’t wanna do the work. On top of that her son was here with her in my backyard digging up my lawn with my shovel. I got on my camera and told him not to dig up my dirt so that means she wasn’t even watching her son either while he was in my house. I have videos and conversation to back my review. She stated she would come back 2 weeks from the date to correct what she didn’t do..2 weeks is crazy to me but I told her to come and my friend left a review on her and she got mad stating she wasn’t. Coming back. She scammed me out of $270. Don’t use her services. Tried to dispute it with my bank and they stated since it was paid through Zelle I should’ve disputed prior to paying which is crazy because I wasn’t home and had to pay her before I saw the work but it’s all good God will take care of her. She was dead wrong and she knows it. She should’ve given me back some of money ($20 or $30) or came sooner to fix what she didn’t even do. If I could give NO stars I would and she’s posting pictures of my house on Facebook without my permission. SMH and then she blocked me from all social media so I can’t even contact her Ohhhh no she feels unsafe smh. I did nothing to be hostile but yes I was upset for paying $270 and not getting a job done correctly and reaching out and no response and then to say I’ll come back in 2 weeks. Very Unprofessional, but it’s ok God will handle you, you know you were very wrong. Admitting to not doing everything and not wanting to fix your mistakes.
