TurnOver Casitas has been amazing! From the initial phone call, the customer service and attention to detail given by the owner, Jeremy, has been outstanding. He is extremely easy to work with and is very responsive to communication. He is able to work with me on most of my requests and let me know far in advanced if they will not be able to accommodate a request, which I appreciate immensely! They offer different solutions for hosts of STR and and MTR rentals, where you have the option to stock supplies yourself or have them do this with their own supplies. Great option, by the way! The crews who have cleaned my short term rental in Galveston, Texas have always been very good and I have received multiple compliments by our guests. I appreciate their attention to detail and punctuality! They do a great job cleaning and they attempt to make everything, both inside the home and outside the home, look just like your photos show… and they treat it as if it were their own home. They use an app called Resort Cleaning and the cleaning crew will upload photos of how the previous guests left the residence along with photos of how it was left after the cleaning crew has finished. Most of the time when I check the photos out, I cannot tell a difference between the original photos I uploaded when we first started worked together vs how the cleaning crew left the residence. This is why we have a 5 star review in the cleaning aspect of our STR with 10+ ratings and we owe it to TurnOver Casitas! During my recent vacation at the beach, I had the unfortunate experience of losing my beloved watch. I had been enjoying a leisurely stroll along the shoreline when I realized that my watch was no longer on my wrist. I retraced my steps and searched high and low, but it was nowhere to be found. I was disappointed and resigned to the fact that it was gone for good. To my surprise and delight, the cleaning crew at the resort found my watch while tidying up the beachfront area. They recognized its sentimental value and made every effort to locate its owner. I was overjoyed when they returned it to me, and I was incredibly grateful for their honesty and thoughtfulness. It was a heartwarming reminder of the kindness and integrity that can be found in unexpected places. I absolutely love the beach house. The moment I step inside, I am greeted by the soothing sound of the waves and the fresh, salty breeze. The house is filled with natural light and offers stunning views of the ocean from every window. The cozy, nautical-themed decor adds to the charm and makes me feel right at home.10/10 experience.

From before the cleaners even arrived, communication was amazing from Turnover Casitas. My cleaners were amazing! So much attention to detail, photos were taken of before and after, and even while here they wanted to ensure the clean was up to my expectation. Definitely will be a recurring customer! Highly recommend!
