They came to clean my house and then did not even clean the carpets that i paid an extra $150 for. I have tried calling back but they will not answer or give me back my money. Will not be using them again.

This company took my money and never showed up. I am having to dispute the charge. I paid for a deep clean, but its 3:30 and they aren’t here. Did not and would not communicate when they were actually going to arrive.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR A DEEP CLEAN AS IT’S A TOTAL RIP OFF. THEY’LL SEND A COUPLE OF HIGH SCHOOL KIDS THAT HAVE NO INTEREST IN CLEANING WHATSOEVER AND CHARGE YOU DOUBLE WHAT THEY QUOTED. THE BLINDS WERE LEFT WITH DUST, DIRT, AND DEBRIS THAT WE HAD TO GO BACK AND CLEAN. THEY DIDN’T CLEAN THE BOTTOM OF THE SHOWER AND BATHTUBS AND LEFT DUST EVERYWHERE. WE BASICALLY HAD TO GO BACK OVER THE ENTIRE HOUSE WHICH IS FRUSTRATING GIVEN WHAT WE PAID. THE COORDINATOR WAS MORE INTERESTED IN GETTING THE WORKERS TO THE NEXT HOUSE VS. ACTUALLY HAVING THEM DEEP CLEAN OUR HOUSE. IT ENDED UP COSTING US $600 FOR THEM TO MOP, WIPE DOWN COUNTERTOPS, SWEEP, AND DO LIGHT DUSTING IN A 1,400 SF HOME.

Juan and Ivette did an excellent job in my home! I am very impressed by the way they addressed every area of my home in such a quick amount of time. Very meticulous and detail oriented which are two qualities I appreciate so much. Both of them are also very nice and pleasant. It is wonderful work like this that keeps me using Reyes Cleaning. Amazing. Sofia lead an awesome team and got our home in tip-top condition after reconstruction due to a hot water heater leak. Jackie coordinated the deep clean to every last detail from the office. Happy home owners (and cats) 😀😀😀🙏❤️
