We used them for months then had jewelry go missing after their cleaners came. We contacted MoreHands, they sent out a supervisor to “investigate” the area and said they’d get back to us. This was four months ago so I’m guessing the “investigation” is going poorly.

I am very pleased with the service I get from Morehands Maid Service. We started using them twice a year for a deep clean then switched a couple years ago to a cleaning every three weeks. I look forward to it every month! I have zero complaints with my service. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The teams that are cleaning are thorough and do a great job. I’ve never been dissatisfied. I work from home and it’s been so helpful to have this service and really takes the pressure off of me to keep the house clean with kids, pets, and a full time job. I’m going to be a customer for a very long time!

We’ve used this service at our old house. The first clean is always so fantastic. The second clean is a rush job with so many overlooked things. Management reached out and remedied the situation but we stopped using them. Fast forward to a new home. We needed help with the house. Hired Morehands for a one time clean. IT WAS GREAT. We then agreed to hire them again for a biweekly clean again. First clean was great – a couple things missed that we paid for but it was fine. We were happy overall. Second clean, three ladies arrived and sprang into action. They came and went just as fast. I had to leave for work and came home and there was so much wrong. Scratches on pantries, dirt still on the floor, and apparently they sprayed an oven cleaning spray but didn’t clean it. We haven’t used our oven for a week and only just now noticed it and it’s not coming off. I’m officially done with this service. Nice ladies but after the first clean its quantity and speed over quality.

I’ve been a customer for years. We agreed that the house would be cleaned after noon every other Monday. They have repeatedly failed to meet the agreed upon time, offered excuses, partial refunds, had managers promise to personally ensure the problem would stop… I’ve got years of text messages of excuses, apologies and more excuses. They cannot keep employees. There’s been a constant stream of new cleaners. There’s been one theft that they resolved by refund. Generally, the cleaning crew does a decent job but the management is abysmal. After repeating the scheduling problem I texted that a manager needed to call me. It’s been 10 days… no response.

Not their best service. I was disappointed after the last and probably final visit. Had to clean the bathrooms and kitchen after the crew left home and charged me the 90-minute cleaning rate.
