Her crew arrived on time and started working right away after a brief walk-thru. They did an awesome job and I have asked to be added to the 🤝 monthly schedule! I highly recommend this company! You will be lucky if you have them clean for you!

Wow! I am so pleased with the deep cleaning of my house and look forward to having regular service by Rebecca’s Sparkling Touch!! So much accomplished in a short time, so we can enjoy our holiday weekend with extended family. It really felt like the crew cared about doing a good job. They were all very gracious and efficient. Professionalism and communication were outstanding! A true pleasure to work with.

My house was under construction more than 3 months with new roof, ceiling demolition, etc. the dust covered everything. Rebecca had a crew of four the first day and 6 the second day. I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail, turning over chairs and cleaning the bottoms. My sister came to inspect and was very impressed. Thanks Rebecca and crew!

Rebecca and her crew came to do a deep clean move in clean for me at a house I had just bought. It was gross from the previous owners. I had communicated that to her prior to her coming. I had told her of the animal urine. She had told me she cleaned from top to bottom, but she didn’t tell me that the walls being washed were not included. I left the money on the countertop and left the door unlocked for her since I was unable to be there while they were cleaning due to a family emergency that came up. She told me she spent 5 hours there and cleaned the floors 5 times except for the master bedroom and bathroom. When I went back to the house a few days after they cleaned, I realized that they didn’t do a good job. They did take the refrigerator I allowed them to have for free, and the floors were still disgusting. My kids were running on the floors, and their feet were black and dusty after just a few minutes. I’m not sure where they actually cleaned other than the bathroom sinks, tubs, and toilets. The windows still had dead flies and residue on them, a dead rat in one of the closets, the trash from the cleaning job left on my front porch that animals had gotten into, and dirt grime still on the floors at the baseboards in the cracks between the baseboards and the floors. I communicated with the owner asking what can be done about this since I was not satisfied to which she replied she’s not cleaning anymore, she had to throw away her shoes after leaving, and that she should have charged me $900 instead of the $500 I paid her. Very poor communication. Had she have told me that she couldn’t clean it all for the $500 I paid, she should’ve left the money and not do the service. Never will I again use her or her team. I guess if your house is spotless, she will do a thorough job because I chose her strictly from the positive reviews here. Don’t use her if you expect a thorough, deep clean that pays attention to every detail and will finish the job.

We hired Rebecca’s Sparkling Touch to do a deep clean of our home. I can honestly say I’m speechless as to how clean and sparkling everything is! Rebecca and her crew were very professional and did a great job paying attention to detail and ensuring everything was spotless. I will definitely be hiring them to come more regularly in the future. Highly recommended!
