Shaw Homes and Renovations a month agoShaw Homes and Renovations was hired to renovate our master bathroom. Scott Shaw and his subs completed an incredible transformation of our bathroom and turned an outdated, dark bathroom into a bright, updated spa-like setting. Scott was punctual, courteous, and professional in all of his work, including the beginning process of quoting through all follow-up work and handling/scheduling subs. The workmanship of each aspect was superb. We highly recommend him for your renovation or remodel.

Shaub Construction Co Inc a year agoHaving worked closely with Brandon Fleming and his team at Shaub Construction for almost a year now, I can speak to the incredible dedication and care they take. My conversation with Shaub began with a phone call to Brandon, who despite running what is without a doubt one of Nashville’s best construction companies, couldn’t be more personable and approachable. He defined the timeline and parameters of the project in a very clear-cut and efficient way, and connected me with his construction manager, Trey, who was impeccably organized and communicative throughout the entire process. Once construction began, a superintendent was dedicated to my construction site full-time. In my particular case, I had the pleasure of working with Kurt Hutchins, who brought with him decades of expertise. From the very beginning, Kurt welcomed me to the site anytime, making it clear he was there to help make my vision a reality. I could write a book on the countless ways Kurt went above and beyond on my project, regularly taking it upon himself to ensure an incredible result. Brandon was very discerning about the subcontractors they hired for the project, and all of them demonstrated sincere professionalism and quality work. Even while trusting their colleagues, Kurt, Trey, and Brandon continued to carefully monitor the project to make sure everything was done above standard. Ultimately, my project was completed on schedule and surpassed my expectations. I consider Kurt, Trey, and Brandon friends at this point. They all approached my project with care and respect, demonstrating a genuine concern for the final product, and with a sincere concern for my future success. Do not let the lack of google reviews dissuade you from considering Shaub for your project, this group is superb.

Sebring Design Build 6 months agoI love my new kitchen (new footprint & walls moved) and master shower. Sebring was highly recommended by a friend and my experience confirmed all the good things I had heard. Communication and execution were fantastic…the project moved at a comfortable pace from the onset, during the construction phase I always knew what to expect the next day and any concerns were addressed timely and professionally. The project manager was very detailed and actively engaged throughout the entire process. My living spaces were well protected from construction dust. ALL Sebring personnel I dealt with were professional, responsive and easy to work with. Overall, a very positive experience and, without hesitation, I’d use Sebring for another project.

Reliance Services, LLC 6 months agoDo not use this company. We bought a new house. Installed our own thermostats and no one told us that if we did that, they wouihonor the warranty. Well, I then had a local company come out to figure out the issue we have. They discovered multiple issues of installation. So I now have to pay someone to fix the work they “didn’t” do.
