Roberta the cleaner assigned to us is fantastic. The owner, not so much. The schedule was never the same and when I asked the owner to text me, she said “I did, but it didn’t go through”. This happened on at least 2 occasions. In addition, I was charged on my credit card for the next cleaning even though the current cleaning hadn’t been performed. I was also charged an additional $100 for a remodel clean. My cleaner was there less than an hour more. I was told it was a “flat fee”. I have prepaid for next weeks cleaning but was told no one would clean for me and that I would receive a refund when I told her I would be discontinuing service after next week. I reminded owner of that today and she said it would take 2-3 weeks for the refund to process and that “I didn’t need to remind them”. In the past when I was refunded, it took a day. This is not an honest company in my opinion.

The word disappointment does not begin to address my experience with Daisy Simply Clean. In advance, I paid in full for a “remodel clean” as well as additional charges for “moving furniture”. Hiring professional cleaners to help me out when a remodel left me surrounded by extra work and clean up was a big deal. After three times of coming back to my house, the most that was accomplished was a superficial job. It was not the professional outcomes I would have imagined from spending hundreds of dollars. My review is written with the desire to save someone else from the anguish of this experience.

Unbelievably worth the price, which BTW was very reasonable and below other quotes…JO and Julia are definitely going to be requested again-their cleaning went above and beyond what I expected. I met Annie the owner who was also very enjoyable to meet…a definite positive company, both in the customer service provided and the work ethic shown, and I have not found alot of either since I moved to Sioux Falls…Thank You Jo…Thank You Julia…Thank You Annie. Although they were expensive, I was willing to pay the high price so when my family member got home from the hospital her place would be clean. At first I thought they did a good job because it smelled good in her place. Later, I discovered the kitchen table was not wiped down and the kitchen floor was still dirty. When I called to see if they would come back out, the lady I spoke with on the phone was rude and VERY disrespectful to me. Not impressed! They did go back out and wiped the table down, but they showed up four hours later than what they said they would…

Best cleaning ever! I have used other local services but nothing has compared to Daisy Clean. Every surface was scrubbed down…my house was spotless. They were worth every penny, service was incredible.

Could not ask for a better cleaning experience. We moved into our new home from out of state and Daisy Simply Clean Girls made our transaction less stressful by throughly cleaning our house. Would highly recommend Klarissa & Veronica at Daisy Clean to anyone who wants great service, organized, detailed, friendly professionals.

We have been using Daisy Simply Clean for cleaning houses and apartments for several years now and they have always met, or more commonly, exceeded our expectations, Roberta in particular. We are often surprised by surfaces that we hadn’t even noticed until after finding them spotless! Not to mention how great your house smells after a “deep clean”. Highly recommended.

They quoted me a price of 150 and charged 190 on my credit card without my approval. Not a very good way to do business. They do a good job cleaning but proceed with caution. Watch your bill!
