For anyone reading the nasty reviews regarding Touch of Class, The owner of the company, and the employees, I can tell you that they are far from the truth. I have worked for Kim for 7 years and I’m very happy with my wages, it’s ludicrous to say that her employees are broke and will steal! On top of that, I take pride in my work and guarantee anyone would be very pleased with their clean. We are very thorough, honest and hard working cleaners and anyone who uses our service will agree.

I’ve worked with the company for 9 years and the nasty comments above are fictitious comments probably made by disgruntled employees fired for stealing!! We are professional and thorough and have 80+ clients who will agree 🙂

Owner is very rude and unprofessional. Your house doesn’t get cleaned properly because they are always running behind. The things that do get cleaned are very poorly done. Don’t waste you money here.

The owner is very rude and ya can’t trust the cleaners. She over charges and from what I hear she doesn’t pay her crew very good. So the crew will steal from customers cause they are always broke. Don’t trust Kim or the people she sends to clean your house. She’s a scam artist and the crew is no better.
