I would give it 0 stars if I could. See photos for proof. I don’t usually leave reviews but it didn’t feel right not warning others. 1. The owner called me multiple times and texted me rudely pressuring me to confirm my appointment. 2. When the ladies came, he told me I needed to pay more than my initial quote of $120. 3. The ladies cleaned my bedroom and bathroom and then he told them to leave. They never cleaned the rest of my apartment. I was offered no explanation when it happened, I just thought they were getting supplies from their car. When confronted, he told me it was because I specified I had a 1 bed 1 bath apartment, hence he had them only clean 1 bed and 1 bath 😭 4. My bedroom wasn’t even cleaned thoroughly. There were areas they didn’t even vacuum. 5. Despite providing less than 1/3 of the service we agreed upon, he Venmo requested me for the full price, and was extremely rude and aggressive over text. He then called me nonstop even though I sent him a portion of the service fee that we agreed upon over the phone. He even used an anonymous number when I stopped picking up. He called me a total of 9 times that day even though I told him clearly I was at work. 6. See photos of pillow fluff left on the floor in the bedroom they “cleaned.” They also didn’t organize a thing in either of the 2 rooms they worked on.

The cleaners came out and gave me a quote 750 I told them to write it up and send to over and some how it went from750 to 1500 But beside that the two guys that cam out did a really good job and got the job done

Owner is very prompt, picked up phone and was able to arrange cleaning for next day (or same day). Was quick but did great job deep cleaning our apartment during move-out. Would recommend!
