I have hired the Life Maid Easy cleaning company for the past 3 months and I have been thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and commitment to meeting high standards. As an owner of an airbnb, the cleaning process is one of THEE most important aspects of my business. I highly recommend Sylvia from Life Maid Easy, the cleaning technician who cleans my airbnb between guests. She is always extremely attentive to the details of cleaning, she always makes each bed perfectly, she always makes each bathroom exceptionally clean and smelling fresh. I greatly appreciate Sylvia, and highly recommend her amazing work!!!

We paid for a DELUXE move in clean in Macungie, PA and were not impressed with the cleaning and certainly not the price tag! They cleaned 2 floors of a 3 story SFH (unfinished basement we asked them not to clean). They were there less than 3.5 hours and our cleaning came out to $126 per working hour! That is overly excessive in my opinion. We are coming from an area with a much higher cost of living and paid much less for our move out clean there. $126 an hour is outrageous. And if it is that much, every inch of the house should be spotless, which it wasn’t. Very disappointing and will be taking our future business elsewhere. EDIT: “we gave you the price up front and that is what we charged” … I am not complaining about the quote itself. I was fine paying that. But you can’t just give a quote and call it a day. You have to actually do work that values that quote and what we got did not match. For over $900 or again *$126* per hour, we should have walked through the house with our jaws on the sparkling floors. And coming back to fix it is not up for debate. It should be right the first time. The house was almost completely empty. I can’t imagine what you would miss in a house full of stuff.
