Total Basement Finishing By Energy Swing Windows 6 months agoOverall I was very happy with the team and the finished basement. Zach was knowledgeable and very helpful in suggesting different options. Lee, John, and Luke did a good job with installation, and when issues came up they recommended solutions that made sense long-term, rather than a quick fix. It felt a bit pricey, but the space is under a lifetime warranty, and I didn’t have to worry about contractors leaving partway through, so for me the peace of mind on such a big project was worth it.

Pittsburgh’s Best Remodeling 4 months agoOne of the most obnoxious callbacks I’ve ever received from an inquiry. I filled out a form on the website. Owner claims they have no record of doing business with me. That’s because it never got past the callback. The woman who called did listen to my story, but really offered no sympathy and blanketed me with “Yeah they can do that, they can do anything” then proceeded to hurry me along. She said before they go any further I had to sign something asserting that I would be willing to pay “top of the range” and that the range for each bathroom was $45000, even though one of the two bathrooms is the size of a closet. Even after agreeing to that, without really understaning the details, she told me I should go somewhere else because it’s 45000 and that’s what I have to pay. I guess it costs 500 to use a pipe cutter for 30 seconds No matter what I said she kept coming back to “the money” – They won’t do anything for you including answer simple questions without asking you to sign “that you agree to the top end of their range” .. the phone call was a woman screaming in my ear about how it was about the money, the money, the money.
