I have been using Diamond Quality Cleaning to clean my home for awhile now. They come as a team, always with the same team leader and do an outstanding job! At the end they always ask you to check their work to see if anything was missed or needs done differently. It was never necessary! My house was usually their last or next to last. They were always still cheerful, energetic and professional. I’m moving out of the area- I wish I could bring them to where I’m headed!!

Used them for the past 4 years and the past 18 months they had gone down hill so finally stopped using them. Paid for 4 cleaners for 1 hour and the last few times it was 3 cleaners for 45 minutes but charged the same. Other colleagues of mine stopped using due to similar circumstances.

Our cleaning crew is very professional and thorough. We can count on continuity with our crew leader. They quietly work around us while we are working from home. I like the weekly email notifications and bills. I like the running folder we keep to communicate. I like that they bring their own cleaning supplies.

I have been using Diamond Quality Clean for almost a year now, and I’ve never been happier with a cleaning service. I literally have no complaints, and I’m pretty particular! The cleaning team is always on time, extremely efficient, and in these times we’re going through especially, I feel very safe having them in my home. They enter my home fully masked and respectful of everything. I would definitely say the company goes above and beyond in every way.

I have employed this company for last several years to clean my own home along with referring to many real estate clients of mine. They are very dependable and the owners and management are pleasant to work with. If something is not to a clients expectation they want to know and will offer a return visit and will make sure you are satisfied.

I worked for this company for almost two years. The owners are always positive, friendly and eager and willing to meet their client’s high demands and needs! As part of the staff at Diamond’s for my brief period of time it was always comforting to know that they provide all of their staff with the quality training needed to provide fast and friendly service, you are sent in groups to be efficient and as always having the extra helping hands to make sure the job gets done right. They provide everything from basic spring cleanings to move-in and move-our detail cleanings as well as for commercial cleans. I would highly recommend this company for their services and or if you’re looking for a great local business to work for.
