Molly Maid did a move-out cleaning of my Mom’s house before I put it up for sale. They were on-time and a great team to work with to get the place ready for showings. I found the price to be very reasonable for the amount of work I needed them to do (a lot). Silly me forgot to keep a copy of the bill for my records and seven months later they very graciously recreated the entire thing so I could submit it to my attorney for the yearly guardianship filing. Patty, the office manager, was especially helpful. I’m so grateful and will forever highly recommend them for top service.

Three cleaners cleaned my home in two hours. All were very professional and friendly. They also cleaned my house very throughly and used my cleaning products I like. They loved our chocolate lab!

Had them clean the house we moved into and the house we moved out of. The house we moved into they did a fine Job. The house we moved out of had some dirt still in the laundry room and the fridge was not cleaned out of its crumbs. I called Molly maid and was told that doing anything with a fridge is an additional 50 dollars. I said ok we will take care of the fridge. However, the laundry room still wasn’t cleaned all the way. She told me that someone would call me back. It’s been four days and no one has reached back out. Me and my wife just went ahead and finished the job ourselves.. I’m honestly more disappointed in the lack of follow up.
