We are on a very tight schedule to move out. We had our appointment booked for 2 weeks and had a window from 12-2. The reason for this review is because of the complete lack of communication and that we took a day off of work for this to be completed. There was no communication that our time was pushed back until 3-5 until we contacted at 1:45. We were told it had to be pushed back because someone called off. Then, no communication until we call at 4:45 asking if somebody was coming. They wanted to reschedule, but today was the schedule. If it was communicated with us that there were going to be issues, I might have been more ok with a schedule change. This now puts extra stress on our family to get things done before our move.

We couldn’t be happier with SnapMaids! Jasmine is always so wonderful to work with when we’re figuring out the plan for the next clean. Charlotte, AJ, and Catherine have done a fabulous job on the house. They’re friendly, professional, and quite skilled, with excellent attention to detail. They’re also reliable and the whole process is so smooth, from scheduling to text/email reminders to easy electronic payment. SnapMaids make house cleaning as stress-free as it can possibly be!

Hey guys just wanted to let everyone know about my great experience with Snapmaids. First of all they answered their phones and quoted the job upfront. Secondly they do outstanding work. The staff went above and beyond, they were energetic friendly and professional. They went the extra mile to insure that I was pleased and happy. I would recommend you look them up if you’re in need of a cleaning service!!!

Have had them here twice through a program at Summa Health cancer Center. I am very grateful for the program, and was satisfied with the work these people did. Summa works with a lot of different companies apparently and this one was in my area. The were polite and efficient and they bring their own equipment, so no worries if your vacuum cleaner is broken or you ran out of swiffer stuff. They have both been respectful of me having other conversations and have been good around my cats. They have also done a far better job than any home health aids I have been assigned! I am thinking of having them here on a monthly basis if I can work it into my budget on SSDI. It’s well worth it to have a clean home and not be stressing about it or embarrassed to have people over.
