Bianca and Ariel came today to clean our home before we moved out. They were very kind about what they needed to move and if it was okay to touch certain things. We also have lots of animals and they had no issues working around them. They did a great job coming to an animal household and made sure we were satisfied!

Bianca was our cleaning tech today for the first time. She did an outstanding job! She cleaned and dusted everything that was asked of her with joy. She was very positive and so eager to please. 28 March 2024, I reached out to Precision Clean LLC to provide some light cleaning to my vacant home prior to a showing. The administrative staff was very friendly and reassuring while providing me the best offers. They were also able to offer 2-hour services for the next day, 29 Mar 2024. On 30 March 2024, I returned to my home and COULD NOT IDENTIFY any services provided within my home. – The kitchen, bathroom and laundry countertops remain with notable thick with dust – The (4) toilets and (1) showder had grime build up – Dirt remained builded up in the corner with the broom After several calls and photos, the leadership refused to return my call and further refused any compensation for poor service. Tiffany only provided email with fails claims that regarding back up of my toilet, when I do not have a septic tank. Tiffany also kept stating that their GPS service indicated that she was on site for 2 hours, but she still could not provide a report or any account for the work performed. As a former Army Officer and Veteran-owned services, I was gravely disappoint in the leadership and accountability, which goes completely against the Army values. This company is scam!!

Scheduled a Move Out Clean and agreed to pay $315-$415 for a thorugh service. They sent 1 person and expected her to do the job in 3 hours. When she didn’t finish, they requested that I pay for an additional hour. However, the cleaner shared it was due to a lack of supplies to do her job efficiently. They allowed her to stay 30 minutes extra for no additional cost. She did not finish the baseboards, vacuuming the stairs, wiping down doors, or mopping. The company has charged me the highest range price for an incomplete job and will not return my phone calls. I would NEVER suggest this company to anyone for a move out clean. Edited to responded to Company’s reply: I spoke to Tori when she called me at 12:23pm and when I called back at 12:30pm. The 1 minute calls after 1pm were when I called and left a message/received no response. I never even received a final invoice. I do HIGHLY suggest that your company starts sending contracts with detailed service expectations. It was never shared with me that 1 cleaner was coming for a 3 hour move out job. Once I shared my review, Google shared similar reviews with me. This problem has been addressed as a concern multiple times. I wish I would’ve saw those before hiring Precision. My cleaner was very kind, but it is unrealistic to provide a detailed and thorough move out clean by yourself in 3 hours. I hope that you will consider this and provide a better experience for your employees.

I can’t say enough about Shae! She cleaned my house yesterday and I have never had anyone (including myself) be that thorough. She is definitely invested in her job and she was beyond pleasant to have in the house. She has set a standard that will be hard to beat.

My wife hired Precision Clean to do a move-in clean of our new house and a move-out cleaning of the house we rented. However, it was a complete disaster. The new home was still dirty after the cleaning. We found dirt on light switches, door jams, light fixtures, and baseboards. They sent only one cleaner to the house we moved out of. The house is 2400 sq ft. The company only gave her four hours to complete the cleaning. Later, we discovered that the person who was supposed to assist in cleaning quit the night before. When we called to ask why only one cleaner was sent to such a huge house, the company stated that there were supposed to be two cleaners – one for upstairs and one for downstairs. We asked why only four hours to clean the entire house and why there was only one cleaner. That’s when they told us one of their cleaners quit, and if we wanted this cleaner to stay, we would have to pay $60.00 an hour to have her stay to complete cleaning the downstairs. Unfortunately, the cleaner did not meet the job, and we still had to pay for the move-out cleaning, which was never completed. We had to finish what Precision Clean was supposed to do. Due to their incompetence, we will not be using them in the future as we had intended. We wanted to make the move less stressful by having them clean the houses, but that didn’t happen. Therefore, we strongly recommend finding another company to clean your house.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK THEM! I contacted them for a move out clean. They quoted me 400-500 according to my square footage. When they arrived at my house, they told me they would need 3 additional hours to finish, which would be 120 per hour(for two cleaners) on top of the 500 they originally quoted me. I only approved and paid for one additional hour. I expected them to allocate the time to each room so all of them can be somewhat cleaned at least. But no, they completely left out a bedroom. I had to call them to go back and clean that room. They told me they needed 2.5 more hours to finish everything and that I had to pay for it. I paid for that because just needed the house to be clean at that point. The house was still not cleaned afterwards. They missed multiple spots that are very obvious. I called them and asked for a re clean since they advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee and that they offer free re clean if not satisfied. They told me I had to pay again for them to clean what they missed? In the end the manager did agree to do a free re clean for me. However, they DID NOT show up on the day they promised to. They never went back to finish cleaning the house. They wasted my time and money. They are overpriced and they will keep finding ways to have you pay extra. 800 dollars later and my house is still not cleaned! (It’s a 3B2.5B if that matters)

Had a client who Hired them to do a move out clean. They barely cleaned had to have them come back o to finish cleaning and they charged them extra to do it!? Second time around still wasn’t even close to clean all in all terrible company terrible service
