I had a very good service for several months. With a couple of issues that were solved. Suddenly this week, I noticed 2 of the bedroom were not vacuum (that was the only thing those 2 rooms needed). The other bedroom didn’t have the bed done (there was always a bed there, but previous there was a mattress in the floor instead of a a base). The badrooms were kind of done. When I called about what happened, the argument was that one of the rooms that just needed to be vacuum, had boxes when they did the inspection (of course, I was still unpacking) and that the other room was a workout room, which was still the case. Then she mentioned now I had another dog and my boyfriend moved in. That happened several months ago and there was never anything that they had to clean for my dogs. Then she said it was taking 4 hours to do the house, which is not true, they did 3 and it was always 3. They “cleaned” a 4 bedroom house in 1.5h. So I decide not to continue with the service. I understand they want to do more houses in a day but half do a house cleaning is not the correct way. I asked for my keys and they don’t want to give them back. They don’t answer texts don’t answer calls. They shouldn’t have the keys of my house. Please don’t trust this person. You can avoid the situation I am on.

Using E&T Elite cleaning service has been great. I own a Airbnb so having a good service is a must, they always leave my house spotless, and my guest are always leaving great reviews on cleanliness!
