The service for NY Maids has been one of the most enjoyable and respectful I have had whenever I have ordered cleaning services for my house! In past experiences I have had problems with workers not being able to do the job correctly or giving an attitude for the project that they were assigned to do. With this service the workers were kind and respectful to me and my family, always offering a smile and a greeting when they came to clean!! Would recommend to all those looking for a very professional cleaning service! 5 stars!!

Paid $700 for a move-in “steam” cleaning and I honestly can’t tell they did any cleaning at all. See pictures attached. The bathroom shower head had grime and mold on it. The bathroom walls and towel racks had dirt and dust all over them. The top of the cabinets and refrigerator were not cleaned. The floor has a weird film on it. I don’t even see where the steamed at all. I ended up cleaning the entire place myself. They did not perform as promised. Total Waste of money. Won’t ever use these people again.
