TL;DR: STAY AWAY FROM LAZY SUSAN. Literally the LAZIEST cleaning I have ever paid for. On Thursday may 9th, I paid for a “move out cleaning” at my one bedroom apartment. I was alerted in advance that the team was running a little behind and that was fine, their delayed timing was accurate and they arrived at 10:20am. However, when they got there there were 3 people and said one more was coming, and because of this the cleaning would not be 8.5 hours long. Makes sense I thought, four people definitely don’t need that much time… But you can imagine my confusion when I received a text at 12:30pm saying they were “all done.” Knowing the state the apartment was in when I left (very dirty, hence my paying for a true deep move out clean), I could not imagine that it was “move out clean” in just over two hours time. They sent me a few before/after photos of what had been done and at a glance, it looked okay. I was at a doctors appointment that I planned specifically so I’d be away during the cleaning and back before it was done (when I thought it was an 8.5 hour clean) — but they finished so early I was still at the appointment by the time they left! I came back to check on the apartment and found that it was FAR from “move out clean” — additionally the team had the audacity to question my tip amount via text (photo included) when I fully planned on adding more to the tip after I saw a job well done (which obviously will not be happening now). I spent about 3 hours on my hands and knees scrubbing the floors, finding hairs, soooo much dirt, pieces of plastic on the floor, grime still in the fridge (that could be easily wiped away with a finger, dirt on baseboards, dirt in closets, window sills, etc.. Nowhere that was missed was behind furniture (as there was none in the apartment), behind appliances, or above anything that was unreachable (i am 5’2 and could reach every place that there was dirt found) — most of it was very easy to be seen and was just missed out of laziness or a lack of care. The after photos are very “general” and do not show details whatsoever… I have easily 30 photos and videos of myself cleaning the apartment after it was “cleaned” and they are disgusting and quite frankly unacceptable. The price was RIDICULOUS for the service that was rendered as this was supposed to be a MOVE OUT CLEAN, aka the most expensive deep clean possible (minus a covid clean). They stayed there for TWO HOURS on what was supposed to be an 8.5 hour clean. Paying $550-600 for something that I had to end up redoing better myself is simply, wrong. I have reached out via email and told that they would be “investigate” however there is nothing to investigate. A partial refund if not a full refund is what should be granted and I will be contacting my credit card company about this if there is not a resolution. Bottom line, when the name of a compnay includes “lazy” in the title…. believe them.

We hired them to deep clean our apartment and the took the time to make sure everything was taken care of exactly as we asked. Highly recommended!

Dissapointed by the quality unfortunately. We ordered a “post-construction” cleaning for our 1br after a kitchen and a bathroom renovation. Generally surfaces were clean and shiny, but many things were ignored. We asked them to clean one of the closets out of two, as well as the new tile in the bathroom wall and floor, but neither job was done. We found really dusty spots above all door frames, under kitchen counter and shower as well as ligth fixtures. Certainly not worth of paying the extra for the “post construction” cleaning.

Highly recommend Lazy Susans Cleaning. They’re always on time, do a fantastic job, and will bring their own supplies/cleaning materials upon request. We’ve been very happy with their services.

Wow! Jenny and Maria were a super duo! Within a few hours, they thoroughly cleaned my place including inside of some of the appliances, leaving everything in a state of “newness.” They were also super pleasant. I’ll be back for sure!

I recently moved out of an apartment and I had a cleaner from Lazy Susan’s Cleaning come to do the finishing touches on the apartment. It was very easy to book an appointment online for the day and time that I wanted and they have a very generous cancellation policy. In addition, I was able to specify that they bring their own cleaning supplies at no extra charge. The work they did exceeded my expectations in that they were very thorough and left everything sparkling clean. They were able to turn the apartment into what it looked like more than 2 years ago.

I had a cleaner come to my apartment to clean my bathroom and kitchen on December 28th, 2022. On December 29th, 2022 my daughter who is 16 preheated my oven and caused a fire. This happened because the cleaner put pots, pans, glass and plastic in the oven for storage without informing me. This isn’t normal practice for us so my daughter didn’t check to see if something was the oven before preheating. I called the company so the cleaner would be advised and moving forward let clients know the oven is being used for storage. After calling 911 and the gas company, the oven was assessed to be operable but needs a really good cleaning. Instead of having someone come clean it, the company offered me $30 off my next clean which is useless as I will never use this company again. Not only could we have died from fire and/or thetoxic fumes from burnt plastic, there was no offer to replace anything that was damaged and no offer to have someone come to clean the stove. In addition, the owner chose to blame both the cleaner and my child for the fire. THE NERVE!!!! I will NEVER use this service again and will let EVERYONE within the sound of my voice know of my horrible, traumatic experience with this company.

Lazy Susans is wonderful value for the price. The cleaners are always on time and do a wonderful job. I’m continually impressed by how quickly they do their job! I would highly recommend for a one time clean or ongoing service.

Lazy Susan’s Cleaning Service did a fantastic job cleaning our apartment – Maria was friendly, attentive, prompt, thorough, and quick! We will be using Lazy Susan’s again!
