Ashley (“Moon”) did an absolutely fantastic job making my home sparkle. Just wonderful. Her dedication, conscientiousness and work ethic are exemplary. As a very discerning home owner, I am very proud and protective of my home which is why I will only use MaidPro Reno. I have been using home-cleaning services for almost two years and exclusively from this company. Its staff is outstanding and its home-cleaning services are fantastic.

DONOT HIRE MAIDPRO. I hired Maidpro to do a DEEP CLEANING on March 19th. They quoted a price of $300 + and would clean every 2 weeks. Charges were agreed upon. The day of scheduled cleaning 2 young men and a gal showed up. I left and returned 3 hrs later and they were gone. Surprised I began checking around and determined that literally nothing had been done except hardwood floors were cleaned and tricks of their trade, items moved from here to there to appear they had cleaned. I called to complain but of course no refunds just redos.They have got ya because they have your credit card. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT HIRE MAIDPRO.

Celina is fantastic. She’s a ray of sunshine, does a great job cleaning our home, and works around us effortlessly which I appreciate. She often trains new pros and it’s obvious why – she’s a model for what great looks like. I’m lucky to have Celina as my pro and recommend MaidPro Reno. Love Maid Pro. They always provide the best clean Pro for my needs. Just when I think Maid Pro can’t do any better than great, they send yet an even brighter star to my home. Bre cleans all surfaces like they’ve never been cleaned before!
